This was the worst experience I have ever had at any healthcare facility. The blonde woman at reception is a serious risk to patients, especially those who are vulnerable, elderly, or in urgent need of care. She should not be in any position where she interacts with the public. She was openly disrespectful, dismissive, and refused to carry out basic duties. Always treated well at this GP and receptionists are very helpful and do their best to accommodate appointments and/or necessary requests. I highly recommend and would like to say thank to Dr. Nicoletta Baroni for her professionalism.. She is new to the practice and has been very helpful in helping me with my current needs and making referrals to necessary specialists. She has not rushed in discussing my medical issues and is very thorough.

Terrible experience. I went in just to get a printed copy of my MRI results. The receptionist printed the document, then told me I had to pay — which I was totally fine with. I asked to pay by card, but she said cash only. No card machine, no online option — how is that acceptable in 2025? If the money is for the NHS, why can’t they accept standard payment methods?
