One receptionist is consistently rude and useless every single time I’ve had to call since joining this GP surgery. You have to complete an online form as they apparently do not take appointments over the phone. When you tell them about the error message for the form they tell you to try again and again and if it doesn’t work then to call them back so they can get your appointment booked OVER THE PHONE. Fortunately, I don’t need the services of this practice very often but, when I do, I have always found all the staff (medical and admin) very patient and so helpful. Thank you.
This surgery never fails to surprise me, When I contact in the morning I'm contacting to see a DOCTOR, think it's bad how I was seen by a PA, lovely lady but not a doctor and couldn't issue my medication. Would of been nice to even be informed beforehand.
