Quite simply, DO NOT BOOK with this person/ company. After nearly a full day of travel, I was left stranded on the pavement at night with my daughter. They cancelled while I was waiting outside the property. There was no advanced warning of this. They routinely avoided my calls during the day. These people are either crooked or just plain incompetent and pathetic. Probably both. Again, DO NOT BOOK with these people. DO NOT BOOK with these people, whoever they are.

They cancel the reservation the morning of the check in day, without even calling
They cancelled on us at 830PM the evening prior. Luckily I saw the message when I did to book another accommodation just in time. A call would have been more descent and professional.
