Everything was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Most important that its clean.
I booked this accommodation for an employee working away from home. Upon arrival to the property, my employee was greeted with a dirty property, one towel, which was dirty and marked and filthy bedlinen. The bed clearly have not been changed and there were numerous hairs and false eyelashes in the bed. I reported the issue to Joan who issued a refund but has not had the courtesy to reply to the photos evidencing the condition of the property or to apologise for the inconvenience of me having to book another hotel out of hour... read more
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS. They cancelled our stay, on the morning of our stay. Shocking.
Absolute SCAMMERS! Avoid these ppl like the plague!. I experienced the same thing as most of the reviews I have read. I booked an apartment and on the day of my arrival they cancelled the booking and refunded me only 10% of my money. SCUMBAGES!!
