Worst GP in Edinburgh. Always long wait lines on the phone. Been on hold for almost an hour whilst the recording keeps telling me "your call is the first in line and will be answered by the next available representative". If you dont want to actually help people, get a new career. This is why people hate GPs. They cant get the help they need. Useless place
My doctor is great, the receptionist work hard and do their best to be professional despite the busy practice. I really like this practice
Reception staff have to much to say about medical stuff they know nothing about - when you have the nhs app open - what your talking about is sitting in front of you in black and white whilst you have a receptionist disagreeing!! 3 visits, issues every time (Excluding Shirley)
