I had to take my Fiesta in for transmission issues. Nancy Frasier was very helpful with each step that it took to get my car back in the proper running order. Even though my car was a Ford they took very good care of me. I would highly recommend the service department to everyone who ask. My loaner car was a dream and if I could have kept it I would have. This is my very first Lincoln and I just love it! We were referred to Dino by a very good friend (Eric Murphy). I am so glad we took his advice and went to see Dino. Always a great experience with the service department. In fact, I had the oil changed on my vehicle. Came home to find a $10.00 coupon in the mail for service. I immediately called Crest and spoke with the service manager who stated that the coupon would be honored on my next service visit. Great customer service!!
