I love my new 2017 MKC! This is my first time leasing a MKC and I must tell you what a first class experience. My salesman Mike exceeded my expectations by having a bouquet of flowers when I got inside my new vehicle along with thoroughly explaining every gadget inside the vehicle! I highly recommend Crest Lincoln and that you go see Michael Langewicz when you get there!
I made an appointment for an oil change and service during my lunch hour and it was completed and washed in less than an hour. Great service!

Brought my car in for a backup camera issue. They heard a knocking sound. They said brakes, struts and both tie rods were bad. $2200. Took it to a local mechanic and he said the right tie rod was in real good condition. $1600. Additionally they put a corrupt file in when they looked at my backup camera. We've bought 3 vehicles here and will never come back for service or another vehicle.
