I've been coming to this dealership for many years and I've never had 1 bad experience. Everyone is always so professional and polite.
I brought my car in for service and experienced the worst professional service ever. I had to continue to call them as they never let me know the stays of my car. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Tim the service person, was very rude to my husband and I. I asked if they fixed the issue snd he replied they drive it didn't hear the noise you claimed. Just went in for an oil change. Called ahead set the appointment was in and out. Fast and friendly. It's out of my way but it's where I purchased the vehicle and worth the drive
This dealership is amazing. Shannon was our sales associate and she was outstanding! My battery died last week and Lincoln called a towing company who came out and tried to start my vehicle. It would not start or turn over so they picked up my car from my house, took it do dealer. Crest put in a new battery and brought it home for me! They washed my car too! Unbelievable! No that is the ultimate in service. I will be buying from Crest again and again! Very happy customer. I recommend Crest Lincoln to everyone I know!

Crest Lincoln is a all around first class dealership. From the purchase of my new MKZ with Steve Mo, who by the way knows everything and anything about this car and was very detailed in educating me, to my service appointments (oil changes). They treat me and my car with the best care possible! I would recommend Crest to anyone who is looking for the BEST dealership anywhere around!
