Service was great! They were timely. I got my car back faster than promised. I highly recommend
I purchase a new vehicle from Crest in December. The dealer experience as far as the purchase was fantastic. I have taken my car in 3 times for service and it has nor been fixed. And every time I need a rental it takes them an hour to get it. I would not recommend the service department.
I had an excellent experience at Crest Lincoln. Just got a 2016 MKC in black, totally thrilled with it, one day.. ! My sales person was Porscha Smith and she tried very hard to make everything work out and help me through the lease. Definitely would recommend Crest and Porscha!
