Have taken my Mariner to Crest for the last 7 years. Appreciate the Service staff at Crest and had not experienced any issues with work performed.

I receive a call saying I was approve, so my only interest was an GMC Terrain. The sales person said that it only had one on the lot and gave me a quote and the mileage on the vehicle and the Vin number. I came in did not get the vehicle that I want with less miles, the Vin number is not the same one I receive, the vehicle that I test drove was filthy, the windshield was cracked, the trunk door does not work, asked for an extra key pad because I only receive one.
