My sincere thanks to Crest Lincoln and more specifically to Service Advisor Nancy Frasier, Technician K. Pomaville and driver whose name I did not get. I made an appointment for recall work today. I brought my car in, was driven back home and in the promised time I was brought back to the dealership with all work completed and the car was cleaner than when I brought it in. I must commend Leroy, Matt, and the entire pre-owned Crest Lincoln staff for helping my family and I find the perfect car for my father! We were in quite a pinch with an unexpected need for a "new to us" car, and I feel confident saying we could not have gotten the level of care that we did anywhere but Crest. The amount of attention to our specific case that Leroy and Matt both performed was what set our experience at Crest high above our experiences with other dealerships in the past. Thank you so much!
