My wife just bought another MKX from Shawn at Crest. She got in an accident with her previous MKX that totaled the vehicle and she came out without a scratch. The airbags went off properly and probably saved her from serious injury. The emergency calling system dialed 911 automatically. Shawn made sure we had a loaner car when we needed it. I experience an issue with our 2 day old MKC, while driving to Sterling Heights MI. I called Nancy Fraizer to see if i could have it looked at. Not only was I able to schedule an appointment but she was able to have the car in the shop within 24 hours. This was great considering it was on a very short notice. My service was handled in a fast professional manner and I was kept advised of the progress of my service, at all stages during my visit. I highly recommend Crest Lincoln if you have an issue with you Lincoln.
