Crest Lincoln is using Facebook as a selling platform, but doesn't have an employee managing the account that can actually answer questions about their inventory. Not an effective use of the platform.
I recently purchased my second vehicle from Crest Lincoln. The staff, especially Porscha Smith and Shannon Orlando are exceptional. From ordering the vehicle to picking it up I was kept informed at all points of the progress. The entire process was seamless. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful and makes the whole process user friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership for a purchase or lease. Two other family members have also purchased and leased a vehicle from this dealership!
