The Crest Lincoln service department staff was friendly. Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The tech had found three screw/nails in two tires. The tires were not repairable. Then Nancy helped me find a full set of replacement tires at an affordable price. Thank you

Just bought my beautiful Lincoln MKC. I still can't believe I own a Lincoln. The price was lower then purchasing another. Ford. Yes....a Lincoln. First class showroom...first class sales staff, particularly Porsche LaDuke. She was so kind and told me all my options. She instructed me carefully on how to use all the options and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the lot. Rick was an amazing salesman! He wasnt pushy... asked for what I liked (I said I was not picky) and then brought around my dream car when I asked for a test drive. I was in love as soon as I buckled in. I certainly could have asked for more, and I am sure he would have delivered! Either way... I am so happy to be a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid owner!!! I've bought two 'used' Ford Fusions from Crest Lincoln now, and the customer service has been amazing from the very first second. I had an idea in my head of what a 'Lincoln dealership' would be like, and I have to say, IT'S ALL TRUE. You CAN afford Black Label service. They WILL treat you like their favorite sister every time you drive onto their lot, and you. will. love it.
