Our sales lady, Porscha Smith is a very professional sales person. She keeps us informed and replies to emails even after she is off of work. Vehicle was ready when promised and she went through all of the features with it. This is our second suv we bought from her and there are no complaints on the way she handled the order and making sure the suv was ready. I recommend her if you are looking to buy a new vehicle, you will not be disappointed.

I have never had such amazing service since I got my car from Crest Lincoln. First old change and tire rotation was painless. Someone came to my place of employment, picked up my car and brought my car back when everything was completed. That’s what I call customer service.
