I wasn't happy as I had a 7.45 am appointment and last minute when we were on our way they cancelled. While I understand in some circumstances things can change messaging to cancel within 10 minutes of the appointment is not good enough especially when things have been moved around to make the appointment and if it was the other way round they wouldn't be happy with it being so last minute. Now we got a wait another week when we had to wait over a week for this appointment for something that we are worried about.
Been over a month since my gp has my biopsy results and didn't even bother to review it and ring me back. Every time I ring reception sey they don't have my results even tho I was told that the gp is reviewing it... What a mess...
I requested my medical records over a month ago so that I can appeal against a parking ticket that I was given while visiting emergency services. Unfortunately, I missed my 28-day period due to not receiving my records when I was told it could take up to 30 days. It is well over that period. I used to work with medical records, so I know how easy this is to be able to help as a client in an emergency.
The receptionists at this health Centre could not give a flying sausage I haven't seen a doctor yet and can't get one unless I phone @8am there is no chance at that ss I never get up the answer I got was phone 111 what for underlying health problems I think it's discusting here goes again phone 111
