My girlfriend and I had an amazing time with Lynn and Janice, this was exactly the cooking class I'd been looking forward to - everything was hands on from prep to eating, the conversation and local history was fantasic, and by the end of it we'd made new friends and taken home some seriously amazing recipes (and leftovers!!). Can't recommend this experience enough, and we'll definitely be back! <3

Top notch class. The food was delicious and the class was very informative.
We ended up in a class of just my husband and I. It was delightful! Can't wait to get home and make my own roux! Great food, learned a lot, had a great time.. and probably drank more wine than our teacher expected. Oops. But no one got hurt with those big knices!
Had a great time. Our host were very upbeat and fun! Learned a few good tips and thankful for the recipes! Food and desert was delicious!!!
My three daughters and I (10,12,16) loved this class. Got a sense of how culture, politics, and food intertwine! Shava(spelling?) and Nita were gracious and informative hosts and managed even my youngest daughter's interest and questions. Handled my daughter's shellfish allergy seamlessly despite my forgetting to notify them in advance. Girls are cooking it for their dad tomorrow - wish we'd done it our first day in New Orleans so we could have squozen in 1 more!
