Took a class for a bachelorette party and we had an absolute blast. The class was fun and easy to follow and the food turned out delicious. Our instructor made the class with her amazing energy! I would highly recommend �
We are home chefs with a bit of skepticism when we signed up so it was amazing to have our socks blown off! Anne was terrific with her history and cooking instruction. This is a must do while in NOLA!

RecommendedMy wonderful wife signed us up for a cooking class. I was thrilled!(NOT!) As soon as the class began, I was entrenched not only into the menu being coked but the history of New Orleans, Cajun and Creole cooking. I was amazed with all that I learned. Don't miss this unique event if you can.
