My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and would be happy to take a different class just for the recipes. We loved our chef, she was funny and very down to earth. Maybe next class we take might be a family affair!
Chef Dreux Antoine was engaging in his presentation. The aroma was spectacular! It was easy to see how he has become the person he is now ( Dreux was a student at St. Louis Cathedral School when I was the school secretary). His step by step process was helpful. The settings are nice. The DJ was on point. The final presentation was amazing. I never knew yakamein could smell so good and taste so good.
My sister and I had an amazing time at Cresent City Cooks! Lynn (without an E) and Jackie were just a joy! Lynn was funny and knowledgeable, giving history and valuable cooking tips. Will definitely come back. High recommended. Btw, the store is super cute too!
