Class was so much fun - would definitely recommend!! Delicious food and a great overview of regional cooking techniques and history!

Fantastic class with Shava! I learned a new roux technique and how to 'stick' shrimp creole! I'll be back next trip.
Have taken other classes in NOLA, but this one tops them all! Entertaining, informative, and outstanding food! Can't wait to start cooking when I get home! This is a definite "must do", and we will be in class the next time we visit The Crescent City!
