It looked like a great deal - lunch for $30 including demo and recipe... but oh my, it was such an incredible culinary and historical experience! Lynne and her crew get top marks!!!

Awesome experience! Cooking demos with history, cooking tips and humor. Wish I could come back tomorrow. Will definitely be back when I come back to New Orleans.

Chef Lynn was fun and food was amazing! We had red beans and rice, jambalaya and bread pudding. Bonus was the praline yum. Highly recommend this cooking school.

I loved it ! We did the demonstration class. Food was amazing, such good value for money. Lunch, history lesson and great fun. Definitely recommend this.

Had such a blast! It's a history lesson and cooking class all in one! Great of your 15 or 115. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the big easy that wants to take home part of that Cajun charm!! Can't wait to make these recipies at home in New York ;)
