RecommendedThis was the most fun I have had cooking!!! Lynn and Peter were awesome! The other two cooking class people were great. We made chicken fricasse, shrimp etouffee, and bananas foster. If you have time, do this! Everything was delicious!

Would absolutely recommend this hands on class to anyone looking to cook some top shelf creole and cajun food. The crawfish etoufee was mind blowing. Thank you, Anne and Nita, so much for everything!
