RecommendedWe had so much fun cooking with Lynn! She was knowledgeable about the history of the cuisine and cooking tips! I consider myself an experienced cook but had a lot to learn from her. It was a lot of fun with a relaxed pace. Food was delicious! Highly recommend!

We had so much fun earlier this month in our "hands on" cooking class. Ann was a wonderful instructor and we were so fortunate to be paired with a lovely young lady and her incredibly "young" Memaw. I will treasure these lessons and recipes and hopefully my husband and I will get to cook this amazing Cajun food for our friends. BEST EVER!!!

Had a great time today. The experience was full of great food, history of New Orleans, and great techniques in cooking Cajun/Creole dishes. It all took place in a very casual, friendly atmosphere. Like sitting in a friend’s kitchen.
We did the Hands in class and it was fantastic! They are great about working with your ability level! I made a great BBQ shrimp, chicken and andouille gumbo, and bananas foster. I am NOT a cook, but learned a lot!
I loved this experience! The food was delicious and the staff was super welcoming!
This class was amazing! Great experience and lots of information, I can't wait to try thos recipes at home.
Loads of fun and we had a blast. Highly recommend attending a cooking class here.
