They allowed a child to be severely abused.The child is missing since 18/02/25 they separated 3 siblings, completely different country and jurisdiction.The children have been traumatized. All 3 children, foretold, they did not have a voice. They were abused and told to stay with the abusers. Like many, I contacted this firm seeking clarity and support during a stressful time. I submitted their online form on Friday the 11th, hoping for at least a basic response. Days passed with no reply—not even a simple note to say they couldn't assist. It's disappointing when a firm promotes strong customer service online but fails to deliver even the minimum. Perhaps it's better to have discovered this early. Others may want to take note before placing their trust here.
I was thrown into the world of solicitors and court rooms unexpectedly. I arrived at court unprepared and without a solicitor due to having little to no notice. Fortunately, Deborah was at the court and took me under her wing. Considering we met on that day, within an hour she was then representing me. My worries had been dampened and I was truly grateful.
