Had an en suite fitted less than a year ago. It took 3 weeks ,with unreliable/ disorganised labour. But the end results looked good. Until now. The shower tray has developed cracks. Sealent around it is mouldy. Leaks through downstairs ceiling. I contacted them & a team came to check. It could be a faulty shower tray. I am left to sort out myself with the tray supplier, though everything was supplied through creative. Same with rubbish plumbing. The plumber no longer works there. From walking into the showroom, with only a fixed idea of what we DIDN’T want , to the completion of our total bathroom to shower room remodel the whole team have been great and a pleasure to work with. We think the 360 photos of a before and after speak for themselves.
I'm was really pleased with the kitchen door swap project. Kelly and Terry talked me through the process step by step, showing me different styles and colours, nothing was too much trouble. To say I was on a budget, the quality of the doors and panels exceeded my expectations. The fitters Lee and Christian did an amazing job completing the transformation. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Really pleased with the planning and building of my kitchen. Reflects the time and energy that went into it.
