This company is a total scam and bunch of fraud people who try to sell awards and never conduct them. Shubh from their company contacted us in 2024 for some hospitality award which never occurred, they postponed the event 2 times and then never responded back with our money. The company keeps on doing other events to scam businesses by taking off their hard earned money. Once they have your money they will stop picking up your phone calls and will always neglect you in best possible way.
I actually never normally leave bad reviews as I don’t like to but I am reporting a suspected scam and requesting support in recovering funds paid to Oceanic Events / Oceanic Creative. This company appears to target small businesses with false award nominations, selling tickets to events that never occur. Total scam! Do NOT trust this company. Terrible communication and unprofessional. We were supposed to attend the Welsh Wedding Awards and received an email 48 hours before the event, stating it was postponed - so have lost train ticket money and concerned we won't get ticket money back from other reviews I have read on here. Absolutely disgusting!!!!
Took photographs for this company Nov and Dec 2024 and have not been paid after many promises, handing it over to my solicitor, other staff have left because of same problem, photographers be warned stay clear of them. Getting paid by this company is an ongoing issue for all staff
Terrible. Still awaiting refund from am event that didn't happen when it should have. It's been 4 months. They are not replying to messages. Returning calls or answering emails.
