Absolutely awful man !!!!! I have known this man for 20 years and was supposed to be a family friend . He charged me way over the odds, never turned up when he said he would, lame excuse after lame excuse and was a compulsive liar throughout the whole process. An extremely rude and aggressive man and never finished the job , he only dod one small carpet that took him 6 hours to do !!! And he never returned to finish the job and kept the carpet that I had paid for !!!! Avoid at all costs !!!!!!!! Horrific experience !!!!!!
As others have already mentioned, I paid half of the deposit and was informed that the carpet would arrive within a few days, with installation scheduled for the following day. We cleared out our daughter’s bedroom nearly three weeks ago in anticipation of the new carpet. However, the excuses keep piling up: delivery changes, delays from the supplier, and missed appointments. Where do i start............. i was recommended by a good friend, and didn't think about checking their reviews. Ordered a carpet for my bedroom on the 25th March 2024 and paid half as a deposit. Told Geoff i wanted the carpet laying on Monday 22nd April. Plenty of notice i thought. Avoid. This company like the plague. Five months of empty promises and excuses. No floor and no refund!!
Unfortunately, the odious little man by the name of Geoff has taken over £2000 off my recently widowed, 83 year old mother and is refusing to either do the work or refund the money. I would have gone for '0' stars but Google reviews don't work that way. Anyway, if you want to either see some flooring OR get your money back when he fails to deliver you would need to avoid this man and his company.
