EDITED. After the very efficient laying of my new patio last autumn, I contacted them again in April to say that one slab on the step area had split horizontally and had started to break up. As they gave a 2yr guarantee on all the work, I expected them to come back and just replace that slab. Probably a 1hr job at max. However despite repeated chasing on the phone or on Whatsapp, they have not been to repair this area and I am getting fairly annoyed. Really happy with John and his Team from the initial planning and discussions to the amazing finish of drive way and patio. Communication throughout was good, his workforce were very professional and diligent. John made sure we were happy with everything before sign off. Would definitely recommend.
