Went to see if I had a puncture in my tyre the man that served me was lovely and thorough, he said the works they done would cost me £10, while I waited for them to do my tyre the manager or boss was shouting at his young employees. He then came to take my payment where he didn’t even acknowledged me and charged me £25. The worker stated to him what I had done and that it would be £10 and he responded and spoke to the man disgustingly, therefore I couldn’t be bothered to argue with him due to his manner towards others.
