I went to crazy horse cycles after I had a small accident on my bike and the derailer was bent. The man told me it would be at most a 10 day job. I checked in after 10 days and he said they were still looking for a replacement part. This continued for 5 weeks, all the while me ringing them. In the end he said he wouldn’t be able to fix the bike at all as he was unwilling to use anything but the original factory part. They were polite, but ultimately disappointing. Amazing workshop! Super helpful when it came to fixing my tyre and even allowed me to use his tools. Go here if you need work done on your bike!
