RecommendedJames T. from Crazy Frog Pest Control in Spokane was very helpful and did a good and quick job, while also explaining to me how to keep my animals safe and what to expect for getting rid of the pests, and answering all questions I had.
The salesman insinuated the company was a locally owned family ran company. It’s not local. The phone has never been answered when I have called. It goes to a computer phone tree then a voicemail. If you ask them to call at a certain time, directions are not followed. It’s frustrating.
Don't come by people's home at 8pm in the evening on a weeknight to sell service, and when the time is pointed out, don't tell me is 7:55 and that with a permit you can come by until 9. Seriously? Purely based on this horrible practice we will never use Crazy Frog.
I am very sorry that I used Crazy Frog, I had a issue within two days of treatment that caused me a great loss of my raspberries I called and they were going to send out a tech who never called or left us anything to let us know he was there, Time went by I called and was told he had been there and he didnt believe it had anything to do with his treatment, I then talked to the Person in charge and another tech came out and agreed with what i complained about and was told he could not do anything for me and that he would talk... read more
Great service, attention to detail. My technician, James T, took the time to talk to me about my concerns with bees and ants. Told me how long he was going to be and what to expect after.
We had our first service today. Our tech (James T. out of the Spokane office) showed up on time and finish fairly quickly. He was courteous and represented your company very well.
James T and the other gentlemen that handled the pest control were very pleasant, polite and efficient. We are happy with their service.
Mike was very polite and asked if I had any concerns or requests.
