Alex, did a great job, with attention to detail. He’s also friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate Crazy Frog’s texts and phone calls, letting me know when they are going to service house. They also email a very detailed invoice when finished.
Absolute liars. My husband and I were told, with my mother present, that service could be canceled at any time without any fees or charges. Now I’m being told if we cancel the service, we have to pay $200+. Judging from other complaints of the same nature, I’m guessing a class action lawsuit will be filed in the near future against this company.
How can Crazy Frog do better? How about honoring a customer's request to cancel their service, rather than continuing to charge them.

Alex came out today and did a great thourough job. very nice and honest!
None of their visits have done anything except top encourage more ants and spiders to move in. After our so called final service, we told them we wanted to cancel. The girl on the phone, who refused to identify herself, told us our contract is for 5 quarterly services within a year...er, yes, 5 quarters apparently makes a dollar. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
