They lie about signing up for their service and that you can cancel anytime without a fee! If you are not home when they service your property be aware that they don't do the entire yard and house. I watched my security cameras and the technician hardly did any spraying. He also claimed he was there for 20 minutes but he was only there 10 minutes. Ant problem hasn't gotten any better and still have webs in yard. Horrible customer service and company!

these guys have been great so far... I got the service when a guy came to my door and have not been disappointed at all. my wife and I are not home a lot and have not been far any servicing yet but I can trust that the job is getting done on schedule with their great email communication.
Alex C. did a great job. He is an expert at what he does and has a wonderful personality. We appreciated that he wore booties when he did the interior. He was considerate and efficient. Would love to have him back!
