A very aggressive sales person came to our door. Horribly rude and pushy. Then asked to come inside. Um...hell no. Creepy dude on a bike. Husband had to tell him to get off our property and that he is trespassed. If he comes back it won’t be pleasant.
This company has terrible customer service, you wont be able to reach a representative, and the technicians are poorly skilled
Do what they say they will do. the salesperson lied and would not back up what he said. He told the same thing to me and my neighbor and dooped up both. I am filing with the Attorney general and will not stop at that until I get my money back.

I can never get a hold of anyone when I have questions in regards to the service I pay for! when I finally get someone to answer I get told someone will return my call. nobody ever calls back! I was told when we first moved in that tick spraying would be covered and now I'm finding out its going to be roughly $200 extra to get sprayed. what the heck am I paying for then? this is not my first issue with you guys. with the money we pay for your services I expect to be able to get ahold of someone with my questions and concerns... read more

Hi Demi, I am sorry you have been unable to reach us. It looks like you did talk to our office on Thursday and a technician was suppose to call you to go over the tick services. Ticks are not covered in our general pest control service. I would be happy to give you a call today and address any of your concerns and see what we can do to help you out! When is a good time to call?
They have solicitors out knocking on doors during a pandemic. They aren't even wearing masks.
Horrible, rude, and aggressive sales techniques and customer service. I really couldn't believe some pest control girl over the phone was trying to strong arm and threaten me into payments. They still will not cancel my service, and now it looks like they will do every thing they can to charge me for another appointment when I don't even live at the address anymore. I just moved here from Atlanta and was in the market to hire pest control. This is the first place that came up on my search engine. I guess it shows how important it is to check reviews.
