We hired another company last year to do pest control and saw no change in bugs after 3 visits. We hired Crazy Frogs and they have been great about scheduling, following up, and addressing specific issues. They are fast and efficient and get the job done.

I have had other pest control service out here and I have to tell you nobody does it better than Crazy Frog! The tech's don't treat me like I'm an idiot and I don't know what I'm talking about. I'm highly allergic to wasps and bees and I rarely saw any last summer when normally it's dangerous for me to walk out my front door. This company is a joke. My husband bought into their year long plan and we were told we could cancel at anytime. Well, we chose to cancel after the second service because we didn't see any improvement in the spider situation. So when my husband called to cancel, they told him it would be $200 to do so. They've been out a couple times since, charging us roughly $110 each time - AND FOR WHAT?!? There was no notification of visit and no evidence left that they were here. We have had a few techs out but my favorite is Mark! He is awesome, thorough, and full of positive feedback and ideas! He take his time and makes sure to cover everything and ask questions. One of the big pointers I like about Mark is that he takes consideration for my kids belongings and toys and before he does anything, he makes sure it is ok. We have horrible wasps at our house in Kuna and Jacob and Justin just came out and took care of them. They were so good with my kids and animals. Any question I had they answered. I even told them about the ground mice we have and they took care of that too. Thank you Crazy Frog Pest Control for helping with the wasps and you guys hired two awesome guys!!!! Thanks again!
