I've been with Crazy From for 2 years and had excellent service, even had to call back a couple times in between service. Always on time.
The loop you into a one year contract by signing what the door to salesman says is an authorization for them to spray. The don't tell you about the contract. Please check yelp and the Better Business Bureau. They have multiple complaints.

First time out to us, very pleased with them, 2 very nice young men came and they were on time if not a few minutes early. They brushed down the eaves and guttering, and even sprayed the trees and bushes, fence and walls near the house, very efficiently. Well done guys, excellent job.

They were very inexperienced and impossible to get a hold of. They harassed us for months for money after we canceled the contract after a year of bad service.
Service has been great so far. Today was only the 2nd visit and both our service techs gave been great! We haven't seen a single bug inside our house since they treated the inside and wasp nests haven't returned. Cody even arrived early today. He treated our trees and yard and exp they will be back to treat the 2nd level on a less windy day.
