Just found out today, 11 days later, that they did not show up for scheduled service because of equipment problems. I was not billed, so that's why I inquired, but to wait this long to let your customer know makes me wonder. I am hopeful they will reschedule and show up for service as soon as possible. I need a reliable company!

Crazy Frog is an excellent company to deal with they are always ready to take care of our needs concerning the issues with pests and bugs. They will come back if you need them to immediately . Crazy Frog Pest Control is nothing but a scam! They came out to my house ONE time and yet they keep billing me and telling me they haven't scheduled my quarterly visits because I am BEHIND on my payments! I have paid them over $250 for ONE SERVICE!!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with these people. They claim to have come to my house a second time however my husband was home and no one ever came to my house but they still charged me for a second service! The people at Crazy Frog lie from the sale people going door to door to the supervisors. They come up and ask if they can treat your home while they are in the area, not ever mentioning you are signing a contract for 1 year or so many service calls. Then they say you can have re-treatments or free retreatments, then you get a noticed that you were billed another 99.00. Taylor came to my housr and helped with a mouse problem, even let me know the neighbors are having the same issue abd would be back to check on the traps.
