I'm new to Crazy Frog but they came highly recommended so I thought let's give it a try. I must say I was very pleased with my experience. Nolan Hatch and David were my technicians and they did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous, friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. The only issue I had was the fact that they wouldn't wash my windows, do the laundry or lay the tile down in my kitchen. Thank you Nolan & David.
Everyone I've worked with from Crazy Frog has been excellent.Their staff are very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. These people actually show up at the time they say they will! I have very high vaulted ceilings and can't reach all the corners where there might be cobwebs. Nolan came inside and cleaned my ceilings for me!! These guys are great and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The best part about their service is that it actually works and it's safe for pets and the kiddos. Thanks guys!!

So far we have received excellent service from our provider, Nolan Hatch. He is punctual, courteous, and always conscientous. What a relief to not have cobwebs in the window sills or a battle with wasps around the outside of the hous!.
Probably the worst customer service in the Valley. I understand being busy but not returning calls for months or taking care of your customers is unacceptable! I will make sure our entire neighborhood is aware of the horrible experience we have had with your company and the lack of response to our calls. I can't believe I am stuck in a contract with you. Once it's over, good riddance to you.
Our pest control technician, Lucas Smith, came to take care of us today. I must say he, and the other technicians I've met are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Plus I love how the products they use are safe and effective. I highly recommend Crazy Frog pest control and their friendly and professional staff.
