They are the most inefficient, uncoordinated, inconsiderate people I've ever worked with I only gave then five stars so they would not delete this post. They lie to there elderly customers and coincidentally forget to tell them about the 200 dollar cancellation fees. Worst company I've ever worked for
We have used Crazy Frog Pest Control for the past couple of years and are very satisfied with their service. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. If a problem arises, they will return and re-spray the area at no additional cost. Nolan Hatch was here this morning--on time and very helpful. Thank you.
Nolan, the service tech was extremely professional and nice when he came back to do a retreat. I appreciated that he made sure and asked over and over if I had any more questions or concerns and if there was anything else he could do.
Kade and Roland dropped by yesterday. I think they did a very good job of explaining what they do and since it was my first experience with the Crazy Frog team I'll reserve an option to upgrade to 5 stars until i get a chance to peek at some of the resident pests rolling over or moving on. Thanks
