Very pleased with our experience. My 4 year old daughter has gotten trims before, but she wanted a real haircut. She was nervous and excited all at the same time. Everyone made her feel so welcome. Karen was fabulous. My daughter laughed and smiled the whole time. She LOVES her haircut, and even decided to get more cut than originally planned so she could donate it. Everyone told her how cute she looked and how proud they were for her donating, and she soaked up the attention. Very impressed. We will be back.
