The Reception staff including Manager give a totally poor service and let this surgery down. The other day I stood waiting for 20 minutes, myself and another lady had left our children in our cars as we both thought we would be in and out, plus they were poorly - how wrong were we!? There was one receptionist behind the counter, and two sitting in the back ground, turns out one was the manager, the other was taking calls.
