Absolutely useless. Drag their heels at every given opportunity and tried their best to get out of paying for a genuine insurance claim. They call themselves loss adjusters; wouldn't even trust them to adjust their clocks for daylight savings
Never ever trust someone who works for your insurance company, they will actually ruin your life more than actual damage! Always always hire independent loss assessors! How this company is still operating and how these people can sleep through the night is beyond us.
