Great store in a great locale. Always an amazing selection, and the staff is amenable and accommodating. One of my fave spots on Michigan Ave.
Terrible customer service including management at this location. Was told they just started becoming a "furniture store" and that their systems are terrible by an associate. Waited a month for pendant lights that were in stock and on display in their store. No call back when it finally arrived for pick up. Can never find our customer record for some insane reason. Will NEVER buy anything for our brand new home from crate and hellhole again!
I had unpleasant experience with not being greeted like my white counterpart. I was about to cancel my online order and ask for a refund, until this nice lady name Lavonna came to my assistant. She treated me like royalty which turned my experience around. However, I will never shop at the location again....
