I placed my order online & went into the store to pick it up. Everyone was friendly & helpful.
We got a few gifts at great prices. We enjoyed the friendly staff. We especially loved the lady who greeted us at the door and checked us out at the register. She made us feel valued. Great team member! I found a few items for my wish list too

I received the fourth replacement bench from Crate & Barrel…this one is damaged too…I have given up and have lost all faith in Crate & Barrel. This has been the most awful experience I’ve ever had buying anything. I have given up trying to get a bench that is not damaged…I can’t wait any longer because I have family coming for the holidays and I need the bench. See the photos attached. I love this store! Wonderful products at affordable prices!
Store looks great!! However, zero product knowledge. And don't even think about buying online and picking up in store. I just wasted a crazy amount of time just sitting there while they looked at my email.
