Went in to try and buy a Vitamix and a nice pan to make a frittata. The man helping me had no idea what kind of pan would work, even after I showed him a picture on my phone and then told me they were out of Vitamix's. Instead of offering to get one shipped or coming up with another solution, he stood there and said "so . . . sorry about that." It was a huge waste of my lunch break and a fairly large lost sale for this location. I was not impressed.
