I received the fourth replacement bench from Crate & Barrel…this one is damaged too…I have given up and have lost all faith in Crate & Barrel. This has been the most awful experience I’ve ever had buying anything. I have given up trying to get a bench that is not damaged…I can’t wait any longer because I have family coming for the holidays and I need the bench. See the photos attached. I love this store! Wonderful products at affordable prices!
Store looks great!! However, zero product knowledge. And don't even think about buying online and picking up in store. I just wasted a crazy amount of time just sitting there while they looked at my email.
