A HUGE thank you to the U. Village Land of Nod! After ordering a bookshelf from them and having it delivered via Fed-Ex only to find out there was some damage on the front of the bookshelf. I called the store to figure out a solution and they went ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations by delivering me a new one and picking up the damaged one!
Best customer service! We ordered over 200+ coffee mugs from them and they were just beyond helpful. We buy them every few months and have not had an issue at all. The staff was the best, so funny, helpful and made everything quick and easy for us. WE LOVED THEM!
