Dropped our table, ruined it, wouldn't offer to replace it, and left us with sunk cost of movers we hired. Will be contacting appropriate people. Never shop here ever. They offered us NOTHING to help out. Will the customer service person that called was an a hole. Awful store. Glad it's closing.
Great store in a great locale. Always an amazing selection, and the staff is amenable and accommodating. One of my fave spots on Michigan Ave.
The staff was attentive and very helpful. I'll be sad to see this Magnificent Mile landmark close at the end of the year.
This is one of my very favorite Michigan Ave stores. The staff are very helpful and the merchandise I'd dome of the most affordable around. Always go there when in Chicago!
