TERRIBLE FOLLOW UP SERVICE!!! Buyer beware- we purchased a custom sofa set back in August 2017. When our order finally arrived in December, it was DAMAGED!!! After numerous emails and phone calls, they finally sent us a replacement set May 13!!! HOWEVER, the new ottoman came in DAMAGED!! We have written emails and and called. We were promised someone would get back to us. It is now over a month later and STILL NOTHING!!! Ridiculous!!! I have two complaints about Crate and Barrell. I ordered a curtain panel on the internet to try the size. It did not fit. I mailed it back to your Tracy Returns location. I have delivery confirmation on 5/14/18. It is 6/6, no credit on my cc and very long wait time, over 45 minutes, on telephone and no resolution. They have asked if they can call me back.
