I have been buying at Crate and Barrel for years. Their customer service is unsurpassed. First glitch: to schedule a delivery, you have to be available all day - until 7 p.m. They call TWO days in advance to advise of the two-hour window. BUT if you have to reschedule, you have to have done so THREE days in advance to avoid a $35 rescheduling fee. Are there two different departments managing this process?
