Beautiful home to work in, Manager and staff are very friendly, make everyone feels at home. Residents are the top priority and treated with care and dignity.
Wonderful caring staff in beautiful well managed home.
Had a wonderful visit to see my beautiful grandmother. So very pleased and relieved to see her looking so happy and well. The staff were so friendly, polite and it was so very obvious that they enjoy caring for their residents. It was also so nice to meet the manager of the home ‘Megan’. She clearly is dedicated to making the home the best it can be and it was so refreshing to hear what plans she is putting in place to make life for her residents the best it can be.
Mother in law has been at the home 5 months now, find the care staff caring, prompt and treat mum with respect, Manger, Megan office door is always open, and most of the time as a resident sat with her, on the whole a lovely home, no complaints with southlands , would highly recommend it,
Southlands is an amazing home to work in. Since starting I have been made to feel so welcome. The manager at the home is always there to answer any questions and her knowledge of the home and the residents are unreal. The care staff do their very best and its clear to see they all care. The home always smells lovely as you walk through the door and has amazing scenery and gardens for the residents to enjoy. The residents needs always come first. The staff are friendly and helpful.
