I feel pained to leave this review as the company in question looks like they are a reputable business with excellent reviews, however i have been so annoyed with its frustratingly poor communication and CS towards me that I feel compelled to do so. I was sent an email from Cranley Clinic with a 15% discount offer for cosmetic procedures a month ago to be use in Jan/Feb 2026, I emailed back on the email given and got no reply, several days later I then rang the clinic and got absolutely no positive help from the receptionist... read more

The treatment I had at the Cranley Clinic was excellent. Mr Ali Ghanem is clearly an expert in his field. He also has an exceptionally warm personality which puts you at ease straight away. The treatment is amazing but subtle. Everyone on the Cranley team, whom I met and spoke with at various times, were really lovely; I can highly recommend both the Clinic and of course Mr Ghanem.
